These terms govern your use of the website and mobile application operated by SBDB Rural and Urban Connecting Private Limited. By using our platform, you agree to them.

Using the platform

• You must be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place orders.
• Provide accurate details when registering, ordering or requesting a service.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Orders, pricing and availability

Prices, offers and availability are shown in the app and may change. An order is confirmed only when we accept it. If an item or service cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid for it.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm an order. Delivery may be affected by weather, road conditions, seller availability and other factors outside our control. Serviceable areas are shown in the app and may change as our network expands.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled from the app before dispatch. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, contact support with your order number so we can arrange a return, replacement or refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the timelines of the relevant payment provider. Perishable and made-to-order items may not be returnable.

Sellers and service providers

Some products and services on the platform are supplied by independent sellers and service providers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality and legality of what they supply. Where we act as an intermediary, our role is to connect buyers and sellers and to support the transaction.

Intellectual property

The SBDB name, logo, content and software are owned by SBDB Rural and Urban Connecting Private Limited or its licensors, and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SBDB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Satara, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
